Azure Werner had 16 kills, 13 assists and 11 digs to lead Basic’s girls volleyball team to a 28-26, 24-26, 25-22, 25-22 victory over host Durango on Tuesday.
Bernice Fiso had 16 kills, and Lexi Thompson added seven kills and 12 digs Tuesday to help Virgin Valley’s girls volleyball team rally for a 20-25, 20-25, 25-18, 25-20, 16-14 win over visiting Boulder City.
Monique Long had 11 kills and five digs on Tuesday to lead Chaparral’s girls volleyball team to a 25-20, 25-22, 23-25, 25-19 home victory over Sunrise Mountain.
Carly Taylor had 18 kills and 19 digs Tuesday to lead Durango’s girls volleyball team to a 22-25, 25-15, 26-24, 25-13 victory over host Spring Valley.
