Attorney General Adam Laxalt announced Wednesday that Dr. Jorge Burgos of North Las Vegas has been placed Burgos on a federal exclusion list that bars him from treating patients on government supported health care.

Jorge Burgos, who pleaded guilty to three counts of open and gross lewdness, was sentenced Thursday to three years probation and seven days incarceration — one day for each of his victims, the judge said.
