Coronado’s boys golf shot a two-day total of 23-over-par 599 as a team to win the Class 4A state golf tournament at Reflection Bay Golf Club on Tuesday. It was the Cougars’ first title since 2012, and Coronado players celebrated by jumping into Lake Las Vegas.

Hazen Newman shot a 4-under-par 68 at Highland Falls on Monday to earn medalist honors in a Northwest League match.

Aidan Goldstein shot a 2-under-par 70 at Painted Desert on Tuesday to earn medalist honors and help Faith Lutheran’s boys golf team to victory in a Northwest League match.

Foothill’s Noah MacFawn and Arbor View’s Hazen Newman each shot a 36-hole total of 1-over-par 143 to share the individual title at the Pahrump Valley Invitational boys golf tournament at Mountain Falls.
