Kalsey Kekahuna-Lopes went 2-for-2 with a home run and two RBIs on Wednesday to lead host Faith Lutheran’s softball team to an 8-3 win over Cheyenne.
Yazmin Sevilla went 3-for-5 with a triple, four runs and three RBIs Monday to help host Sunrise Mountain’s softball team to a 23-13 win over Western in a five-inning game.
Western’s Alexa Camacho was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs Thursday as the visiting Warriors held on to beat Desert Pines, 13-11.
Sara Riley was 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBIs, and Bonanza’s softball team held on for an 8-4 road victory over Las Vegas High on Wednesday afternoon.
Adriana Thomason scored on a passed ball in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift Arbor View’s softball team to a 7-6 victory over Faith Lutheran on Thursday evening.
Summer Coyle hit a go-ahead three-run homer in the top of the seventh inning to help Boulder City’s softball team to a 3-1 road winover Pahrump Valley on Tuesday afternoon.
Hayley Coreas led off the bottom of the seventh inning with a solo home run to give Bishop Gorman’s softball team a 4-3 home win over Bonanza on Monday.
