Here are the all-league softball teams, as selected by coaches
Coronado and Centennial both won Tuesday to secure the No. 1 seeds for their respective region softball tournament.
Ashley Ward spun a six-hitter and struck out 11 on Friday to lead host Coronado’s softball team to a 5-0 win over Basic in a battle of Desert League leaders.
Winning pitcher Brooke Detommaso was 1-for-4 with four RBIs to help Bonanza’s softball team to a 9-6 win at Boulder City on Monday.
Teegan Teal’s two-run single in the top of the seventh inning lifted Spring Valley’s softball team to a 10-8 win at Tech on Thursday.
