Here are the all-league softball teams, as selected by coaches
Mya’Liah Bethea was 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs on Friday to lead Cimarron-Memorial’s softball team to a 13-8 win at Durango.
Rose Mackey and Samantha Bahde each went 3-for-4 and scored twice Wednesday to help Boulder City’s softball team hold off host Virgin Valley, 12-10.
Hayley Coreas went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBIs on Tuesday to help host Bishop Gorman’s softball team defeat Green Valley, 12-8.
Ashley Ward spun a six-hitter and struck out 11 on Friday to lead host Coronado’s softball team to a 5-0 win over Basic in a battle of Desert League leaders.
Brizeida Mora-Herrera was 2-for-3 with a double and three runs scored Friday to lift Chaparral’s softball team to a 7-6 home win over Boulder City.
Alejandra Olan went 5-for-5 on Friday to help Desert Pines’ softball team hold on for an 18-16 win at Del Sol.
