Over the past several years, there have been several public meetings and surveys conducted to see how area stakeholders and residents envision the area developing around the $2 billion facility.
The twice delayed plan was due to the sign proposal being reviewed by the Federal Aviation Administration, who received the plans late last month.
Clark County officials on Wednesday again postponed action on the Raiders’ request for waivers to development standards for signs planned for Allegiant Stadium.
