The supply agreement is set to be in place in time for the 2020 football season at the stadium, as well as the Raiders’ administrative facilities and practice facility in Henderson.

The authority’s citizens advisory committee, formed last month, will be evaluating the proposal at a January meeting.
The Southern Nevada Water Authority will seek approval for a marketing and advertising partnership with the Raiders during its Thursday board meeting. The 10-year deal would cost $30 million in tax dollars.
The Raiders’ Las Vegas stadium has the green light to get its power from a provider other than NV Energy — and it won’t have to pay an impact fee to do business with an electricity competitor.
