Alex Marin had 14 kills and two aces Wednesday as host Del Sol’s boys volleyball team clinched the top seed for the Class 3A Southern League tournament with a 25-21, 25-5, 25-17 win over Sunrise Mountain.
Cooper Jarman had 29 assists and 13 digs on Monday to help Palo Verde’s boys volleyball team clinch the top seed for the Mountain Region playoffs with a 25-13, 25-20, 21-25, 25-22 win at Shadow Ridge.
Maximo Torres had 11 kills Tuesday to lead Cimarron-Memorial’s boys volleyball team to a 25-10, 20-25, 25-11, 25-23 win at Bonanza.
Karson Bailey had 24 kills Wednesday to help Boulder City’s boys volleyball to a 25-18, 23-25, 26-24, 25-17 win at Mojave.
Scott Solan had 17 kills and six blocks on Monday to help Palo Verde’s boys volleyball team to a 25-13, 25-16, 25-20 win over host Arbor View in a battle of Mountain League leaders.
Sho Hampton had 17 assists Tuesday to help Canyon Springs’ boys volleyball team to a 22-25, 25-20, 25-21, 25-16 home win over Cheyenne.
Mark Thuet had 21 kills, five aces, four blocks and 14 digs to lead Bonanza’s boys volleyball team to a 25-22, 25-27, 21-25, 26-24, 15-4 win over visiting Legacy on Wednesday.
Chris Chavarria had 13 kills, 14 assists and five aces to help host Chaparral’s boys volleyball team rally for an 18-25, 19-25, 25-19, 25-15, 15-10 win over Sunrise Mountain on Tuesday.
Tanner Lester had 11 kills and 11 digs Tuesday to lead Foothill’s boys volleyball team over visiting Silverado, 24-26, 25-15, 27-25, 25-17.
Brian Orellana had 34 assists and four aces to power Cheyenne’s boys volleyball team to a 25-21, 18-25, 17-25, 25-18, 15-13 road win over Desert Oasis on Friday night.
Matt Wilson had 77 assists, six digs, three kills, three aces and two blocks Wednesday to power the host Coronado boys volleyball team over Liberty, 25-19, 24-26, 23-25, 25-23, 15-10.
Mel Dinogan had 18 assists and five aces and Isaac Frazier supplied 13 kills and three aces as Valley’s boys volleyball team claimed a 25-15, 25-19, 24-26, 25-21 road win over Eldorado.
