A prosecutor said Thursday that Collins had agreed to plead guilty to a felony charge of reckless driving and a misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter.

Attorneys for the former UNLV basketball recruit argued that the charges are based on unconstitutional state laws regarding driving while under the influence of marijuana.
Zaon Collins, a star basketball player at Bishop Gorman and top recruit at UNLV, was ordered released from jail Thursday, a day after his arrest on suspicion of DUI after a crash that killed one man.
