UNLV’s Jose Pizano drilled a 28-yard field goal as time expired to give the Rebels a win over Colorado State to become bowl-eligible for the first time since 2013.
The Rebels have an opportunity to become bowl-eligible for the first time since 2013 when they play Colorado State at 4 p.m. Saturday at Allegiant Stadium.
UNLV improved to 5-1 after defeating in-state rival UNR, reaching heights not achieved since 1984 when Randall Cunningham was leading the Rebels.
