An inmate convicted of murder died Tuesday in Carson City, the Nevada Department of Corrections released Wednesday. Bobbie Mills, 49, was housed at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center in Carson City. He died at the center’s regional medical facility, the corrections department wrote in a release.
