Harmony debuts models in North Las Vegas March 12

Harmony Homes unveils its Vista Cielo expansion with the March 12 grand opening of Malibu, a new development of 100 lots forming the fourth village in this planned community.

“Here at Malibu, we’re offering all-new designs, starting with three unique models that creatively elevate the comfort and luxury of Vista Cielo’s other villages, including Laguna, Capistrano and Avalon,” said Robb Beville, Harmony Homes president.

The builder called Vista Cielo “one of the area’s hidden treasures,” with serene neighborhoods near Ann Road and Lawrence Street with convenient access to Interstate 15.

Vista Cielo is known for its amenities. For instance, Beville said Malibu residents enjoy three community parks, including a children’s playground, picnic area and plenty of open space, plus it is connected to the famed Neon to Nature regional recreation trail system.

Harmony has designed Malibu as an attractive collection of two-story homes with floor plans ranging from 1,924 to 2,369 square feet. Prices start in the $200,000s.

Beville said Malibu offers quality, comfort and affordability to fit a variety of needs and lifestyles. Like all Harmony Homes designs, Malibu homes include standard features such as gourmet kitchens with oversized islands, granite counters and rich maple cabinetry. Floor plans include 9-foot ceilings that create a sense of spaciousness on the homes’ first floor and 8-foot ceilings on the second floor. Home designs also feature great rooms and versatile second-story lofts that provide plenty of room for families to play and grow, Beville said.

Malibu homes also feature convenience elements for today’s modern families with technology-ready elements, including standard USB charging ports throughout.

Additionally, Beville said Malibu homes come standard with attractive paver driveways and walkways.

All homes built by Harmony Homes are part of the builder’s five-star energy certification, which includes energy-efficient features such as radiant barriers to help reduce heat transfer through the roof and attic; Low-E windows that help reflect heat away from the glass; vinyl window frames for superior insulation; and 14 SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating) heating, ventilation and cooling systems that hold the government-recommended 14 rating and use less energy per unit. Homes also feature sealed ducts and upgraded insulation to help reduce energy consumption.

Harmony Homes was included in the 2013 Builder 100 recognizing the nation’s best-selling homebuilders. The builder has sold more than 2,100 homes since it was formed in Southern Nevada in late 2008. It offers five neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada, with one- and two-story homes priced from the low $200,000s and ranging from 1,801 to 2,973 square feet. Harmony Homes is also offering a new community in Corona, Calif. For more information, call the sales office at 702-478-8375 or visit www.harmonyhomes.com.
