William Lyon Pahrump community offers small-town setting

Las Vegas: It’s like no other city on earth. Mountain Falls includes four new-home neighborhoods of two product lines. All are single-story communities situated around Mountain Falls Golf Club, the anchor of the Mountain Falls master-plan.

At 2,102 square feet, Plan Four is traditional in design with living and dining rooms separate from the family room, kitchen with island and bar seating and nook.

Buyers can select a variety of room options including master retreat, den, bay window, formal dining, fourth bedroom, and more (available per plan).
