Grand opening June 18 at Pardee’s Montero
Pardee Homes will celebrate its newest collection in Inspirada, a Henderson master-planned community June 18 with the grand opening of Montero. A variety of grand opening events are planned from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to showcase the homes, including a caricature artist and refreshments, such as Sprinkles cupcakes and ice cream, Popcorn Girl and a gourmet mac-and-cheese bar.

Plan Four measures 3,496 square feet with up to five bedrooms and four baths, bonus room, two-car garage, plus single-car garage and Pardee’s GenSmart Suite option instead of the lounge.
Inspirada is also home to Pardee’s Escala neighborhood showcasing single-story homes that start in price from $504,000. The single-story plans, each with optional second story from 2,898 to 3,949 square feet.

To reach Pardee’s neighborhoods in Inspirada from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard. Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn left on Via Firenze to reach Montero, Escala and Bella Verdi. Turn right on Via Firenze to reach Alterra and Solano.
