American West Homes Grand opens new community in Silverado Ranch

A new-home community, Silverado Summit by American West Homes, has come to the southeast part of the Las Vegas Valley in Silverado Ranch. Now celebrating its grand opening, Silverado Summit offers a variety of new-home designs, starting at $293,500.

According to American West Co. founder Larry Canarelli, Silverado Summit continues American West’s tradition of knowing exactly what buyers are looking for.

“Once again, we are offering innovative new floor plans that combine affordable luxury and unmatched versatility. And once again, you will find our fine-quality craftsmanship in every detail.”

Silverado Summit is offering one-, two- and three-story homes, ranging from a spacious 1,552 square feet to 3,990 square feet. Silverado Ranch is home to award-winning home designs, state-of-the-art schools, a neighborhood park, popular dining options and shopping centers featuring the valley’s most popular retailers.

“Silverado Ranch combines everything a homebuyer could want or need in a beautiful, convenient and well-planned community,” Canarelli said. “And with easy access to the 215 Beltway and Interstate 15, residents are minutes from any attraction in the valley.”

The new homes in Silverado Summit offer three to five bedrooms, formal living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchens, game rooms, first-floor master suites, deluxe spa showers and optional second master suites, depending on the floor plan and options chosen.

“All of our home designs offer extraordinary livability,” Canarelli said. “Our gourmet kitchens feature an open concept design with oversized dining islands. With living room, dining rooms, family rooms and game rooms, you will never lack for space or comfort. Our homes also include features that are considered options and upgrades for most other builders. We believe you deserve these features in your new home.”

American West delivers all of its most popular included features at Silverado Summit. Features such as: side-by-side refrigerator; self-clean Ture Convection range/oven; dishwasher; washer and dryer; microwave oven; granite kitchen countertops; garage door opener; radiant heat barrier roof sheathing; protective house wrap; vinyl dual-paned low-E3 coated argon gas-filled windows and sliding-glass doors; soft water loop; pendant lighting over dining islands; and Progressive Home automation.
