The Las Vegas Valley is expected to be warm and dry for at least the first part of the week, the National Weather Service said.

Monday is expected to be mostly sunny Monday with a forecast high of 77 degrees. Partly cloudy skies are expected to roll in Tuesday and persist throughout the week, the weather service said. The high Tuesday is expected to reach 74 degrees.

Light winds could hit the valley Wednesday and Thursday, the weather service said. Both days show a forecast high of 75 degrees. Friday’s high is expected to drop to 71 degrees. Lows throughout the week are expected to stay in the low-to-mid 50s.

The valley could see sprinkles of rain Thursday or Friday, the weather service said.
