Pardee offers move-in-ready homes in Henderson

A limited number of move-in-ready homes are available at two Pardee Homes neighborhoods in Henderson — Pivot and Horizon Terrace South.

Pivot by Pardee Homes, at the corner of Carnegie Street and South Green Valley Parkway, features four new floor plans that range from 2,092 to 2,402 square feet with up to five bedrooms and 3½ baths. Distinctive architectural styles include Modern Farmhouse, Contemporary and Contemporary Spanish.

Prices start from $396,000 at the gated neighborhood, which will include a dog park and greenbelt and park.

A move-in ready Pivot Plan 2-CR at cul-de-sac homesite No. 7 measures 2,351 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, two-car garage, upgraded kitchen countertops and cabinets, designer-selected tile flooring and General Electric Co. stainless steel appliances. The home is priced approximately from $465,847.

A move-in-ready Plan 4-CR at cul-de-sac homesite No. 4 measures 2,402 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, loft, two-car garage, upgraded kitchen countertops and cabinets, GE stainless steel appliances, 7.1 home theater prewiring and buyer’s selection of flooring. The home is priced from $469,100.

At Pardee’s Horizon Terrace South, off Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road, a move-in-ready Plan 1-AR at homesite No. 373 measures 3,122 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car tandem garage, den/office, loft, upgraded kitchen countertops, cabinet, tile flooring and GE stainless steel appliances included. The home is priced approximately from $493,712.

Pardee Homes has seven Henderson neighborhoods, including Pivot, Horizon Terrace South, Axis (featuring an elevated, terraced location that’s off South Green Valley Parkway), Montero, Escala and Strada in the master-planned Inspirada community and Strada at Pivot.

In January, Pardee will add to its Henderson collection with the debut of Linea in Inspirada. Homes at Linea are anticipated to start from the $300,000s.
