Sprouts launches home delivery for some Las Vegas Valley stores

Grocery chain Sprouts Farmers Market has started local home delivery for parts of the Las Vegas Valley.

Sprouts, based in Phoenix, will deliver thousands of its items including produce, meat, seafood and alcohol, according to a statement Wednesday.

The service launched in Las Vegas, Reno, Albuquerque and Oklahoma City.

Sprouts has seven locations in the valley.

Delivery is not yet available for some of the valley’s more populous ZIP codes, like 89101, and ZIP codes that house a Sprouts, like 89103 and 89052, according to the company’s website.

Sprouts uses the home delivery service Instacart, which started service in Las Vegas last year.

Sprouts is also preparing to open stores near Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Maryland Parkway and a North Las Vegas location near Decatur Boulevard and the 215 Beltway.
