Inspirada builds sense of community

Inspirada in Henderson is the eighth-top-selling master-planned community in the country. Part of the reason for its popularity is its unique lifestyle programming that delivers enriching, social and even pet-friendly activities to its residents.

The Inspirada Community Association, composed of 10 team members, is committed to establishing a year-round calendar of events.

“Inspirada’s vision is about providing great homes to great people, but it’s also dedicated to building community among our homeowners,” said Deanna Konrad, community manager for the Inspirada Community Association. “Everyone on the team comes to the table with their own ideas, and the result is a fun and engaging social lineup that has something for everyone.

“We plan for seasonal changes and holidays, look at the latest trends and then we circle back to our residents and ask what they would like to see more of at Inspirada. After all, they are the true inspiration for these activities.”

Open to Inspirada and neighboring community residents, fresh52’s artisan and farmers market will return to Inspirada’s Aventura Park Pavilion next month and will reoccur from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every second and fourth Saturday of the month. The April 14th farmers market will celebrate the annual Dog Days at Inspirada and invites guests to bring their four-legged companions. More than a dozen local vendors will offer a wide selection of treats from savory meats to farm-grown produce and sweets.

From summer barbecues to holiday-inspired gatherings, including a St. Patrick’s Day Park Crawl, Halloween costume contests and home decorating competitions in December, Inspirada Community Association staff is committed to personally getting to know its residents by name and creating unique, innovative events that enable residents to create wonderful memories with their families and neighbors.

Inspirada’s four parks are more than just manicured grass and foliage; residents can be seen engaging in recreational activities, including volleyball, soccer, bocce and tennis, walking and jogging on the trails, taking their four-legged companions to the dog parks and spending time with their children in shaded play areas. Inspirada is home to Durango Soccer League’s youth practices, games and milestone ceremonies, drawing hundreds of children and their families to witness the fun. Adult residents who are soccer aficionados can join the Albion Soccer League.

Inspirada is ranked as the best-selling master-planned community in Henderson. With a projected build-out of 8,500 homes within its villages by Inspirada Builders LLC, Inspirada is home to more than 4,000 residents.
