Think about how much fun you have haggling with credit card companies, banks, insurance companies, phone or internet providers and others when you try to wrangle a better deal by changing from one to another. Then you’re unsatisfied and have to do the same thing again next year. Now think about how much fun you will have doing that with your electricity provider.
