Nye County Sheriff Sharon Wehrly took an oath to uphold the Constitution and laws of the state of Nevada. What makes her think she is above the law (“Nye County sheriff says she won’t enforce new Nevada gun law,” Friday Review-Journal)? Sheriff Wehrly should be enforcing the laws of the state and leave the interpretation of them to the court system.
