The United States should give Russia President Vladimir Putin a humanitarian ultimatum: End the bombings of Ukrainian civilians else warplanes will be supplied to Ukraine with a concomitant no-fly zone enforced over the airspace of Ukraine. That’s a message Putin can and will understand.
