All northbound lanes on U.S. Highway 95 near Jones Boulevard have reopened Friday morning, according to the Regional Transit Commission on Twitter.
The RTC had reported that a crash just north of the Jones exit had closed five lanes on U.S. 95, restricting the flow of traffic to just one lane.
