2 men hospitalized after stabbing in eastern valley parking lot

Two men were stabbed early Monday morning in a parking lot in the eastern valley, Metro said.

At approximately 4:29 a.m. police received a call about two men who were stabbed by a third man in a parking lot located on 4225 E. Sahara Ave., near the intersection with South Lamb Boulevard, according to police. Both victims were transported to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries, Metro Lt. David Gordon said.

No details have been released regarding the suspect. Metro detectives are investigating the incident, Gordon said.

No further information was immediately available.
