Century Communities holds valleywide sale
With the holidays approaching, Southern Nevada home shoppers have lots to be thankful for. Century Communities is offering the Sale of the Century at all three of its Southern Nevada neighborhoods: Westmont and Rhodes Ranch in southwestern Las Vegas and Tuscany Village in Henderson. For a limited time, home shoppers can take advantage of up to $20,000 or more in savings on move-in-ready homes.
“If you are in the market for a new home, this is definitely the time to make that decision,” said Gail vanDeursen, sales agent at Century’s Westmont neighborhood. “Move-in-ready homes are being offered at the absolute best values of the year, and before price increases occur in the new year.”
VanDeursen’s Westmont neighborhood is offering its most popular two-story floor plans, which range in size from 1,532 square feet to 2,646 square feet with up to four bedrooms, up to four baths and two-car garages.
For a limited time, during its Sale of the Century, Westmont is offering a select few move-in-ready homes with significant savings. Four of its six floor plans are offered as quick move-in homes with valuable upgrades included.
Century Communities’ Sale of the Century can give homebuyers up to $20,000 or more on move-in-ready homes at Westmont, Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village. The savings can be applied towards upgrades, closing costs and special financing options.
“During the Sale of the Century, we are offering additional financing options that have never before been offered at this level,” vanDeursen said.
