Pardee to open Alterra and Solano at Inspirada

Construction is underway on five models by Pardee Homes in the Inspirada master-planned community in Henderson. The new Alterra and Solano neighborhoods are scheduled to open on Aug. 2.

Alterra at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes ranging from 3,212 to 4,165 square feet with up to five bedroom and four baths and Pardee’s exclusive GenSmart Suite for multigenerational living. Prices at the gated neighborhood are expected to start from the high $400,000s.

Solano at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes ranging from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths with covered patios or outdoor rooms. Prices are expected to start from the mid $300,000s.

Pardee’s award-winning LivingSmart program for greener living is included in Alterra and Solano homes, offering more than 30 standard and optional features that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage the use of sustainable resources.

Inspirada’s planned 20-acre Aventura Park is close to both Alterra and Solano and is expected to include a swimming pool, ball and multiuse fields, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts and a kids’ water play area.

Parks under construction in Inspirada include Capriola and Potenza Parks, both scheduled for completion this year.
