Terrance Marren, former Family Court judge, dies

One of Clark County’s first family court judges, Terrance Marren, died Wednesday after battling diabetes.

He was 64.

Marren was one of three judges named to the county’s newly created Family Court in 1993. He served until 1999 before becoming a senior judge. Prior to his work as a judge he served as a family court hearing master.

Marren also served on the board of the Lied Memorial Boys and Girls Club.

Funeral arrangements were not immediately available.
