Harmony Homes offers 2,107-square-foot design with starting price at $115,990

Harmony Homes is offering limited-time prices starting as low as $55 per square foot at its Valencia Terrace neighborhood in the eastern valley.

"Valencia Terrace is a true value in today's housing market. This neighborhood's price per square foot starts at just $55. This is the same as the price per square foot of used homes and foreclosures in the area," said Geoff Gorman, vice president of sales for Harmony Homes.

According to Gorman, the benefits of purchasing a home at Valencia Terrace includes its location across from the public Desert Pines Golf Club near the intersection of East Bonanza and Pecos roads and two-story homes ranging from 2,107 to 2,287 square feet and priced from $115,990.

"By choosing a brand-new home at Valencia Terrace instead of a used home, you won't end up sinking a ton of extra money into the home. There is no need to replace the flooring, to buy appliances or to even repaint the freshly painted walls like you will have to do with a foreclosure." Gorman said.

Currently, the builder is offering a free GE refrigerator when homebuyers use one of the company's preferred lenders. In addition, Harmony Homes will pay up 2 percent of the buyer's closing costs, according to Gorman.

Another advantage is that homes can be ready for move-in within 75 days of contract, he said.

Gorman added that timely closings and move-ins are less likely among purchases of foreclosed homes.

"With Valencia Terrace being a small neighborhood, the opportunity to purchase a home there will not be available for long. It's a great opportunity for serious buyers who want to take advantage of the limited-time, per-square-foot cost and today's low interest rates," Gorman said.

The neighborhood features three two-story designs.

Priced from $115,990, the 2,107-square-foot Residence One features a great-room design, three bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garage. An optional fourth bedroom or master retreat may be chosen in lieu of a loft.

Residence Two features a great room, four bedrooms, 2½ baths, loft, two-car garage and options for a super loft, fifth bedroom or master retreat. The 2,201-square-foot design is priced from $121,990.

Measuring 2,287 square feet and priced from $126,990, Residence Three includes four bedrooms, 2½ baths, separate living and family rooms, a loft and two-car garage. Design options include fifth or sixth bedrooms, a third full-bath, or master retreat.

The neighborhood is located near the Desert Pines Golf Club and Desert Pines High School and offers access to shopping, parks and entertainment with U.S. Highway 95 close to the neighborhood.

To visit the Valencia Terrace sales office at 3608 Asbury Hill Ave., take U.S. 95 to Eastern Avenue and head north. Turn right on Bonanza and proceed to Pecos. Turn right on Pecos and then the first left on Asbury Hill Avenue or call 413-6500.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

Harmony Homes offers 17 neighborhoods throughout the valley, where single- and two-story homes range from 1,306 to 3,959 square feet and are priced from the $90,000s.

Harmony Homes is locally owned and operated with more than 20 years experience. For additional information, visit HarmonyHomes.com.
