Handbag? Ray's USA Original metallic, studded bag
Are handbags status symbols? I've never been one to really think of bags as a status symbol. I like to have variety, so I'd rather own a few non-designer purses than one designer bag.
What does this bag say about you? This bag is flashy, but not too flashy, just like me. I love the space I have in it, too. I can even fit a pair of flats or heels when I have a long day of appearances or rehearsals ahead of me.
If someone found your bag and looked inside, what would they think of you? They could tell that I was a very busy person. My life is in there.
What's the most important item you've carried in your bag? My Miss Nevada USA sash. It means so much to me and symbolizes the hard work and dedication to this incredible organization that I've committed my year to.
What's the strangest item you've carried in your bag? My dog, Pogo. She's a pug-chihuahua mix, and she loves to go places with me.
Tell us about the first special bag you owned. I remember an awesome pink Barbie purse I had when I was five. I carried it everywhere.
Knockoffs: Love 'em or hate 'em? Love them. I think they are fun. I have a Coach one that I got a few years ago. I always get compliments on it.
Image is ... not as important as people think. To me, it's more important to own your own image and be happy with who you are. You can never be everyone's "perfect," so be your own version of perfect.
What's in your bag? O.N.E. Coconut Water (my favorite drink!), camera (I take way too many pictures), picture of my dad (It reminds me of his amazing smile that I miss every day), IT Cosmetics concealer (My secret for picture-perfect skin), autograph cards (It's fun to surprise an unsuspecting little girl with an autograph from a "princess"), planner (I call it my brain because I would be lost without it).
