Prince’s family has alleged that her ex-husband’s communication was threatening and abusive, and accused Judge Bill Henderson of overlooking red flags and failing to hold Houston accountable. Before Houston could have been held in contempt of court, Joseph Houston, Dylan’s father and attorney, fatally shot Prince and her new husband, Dennis, before taking his own life.
