The department’s Fun Walk Saturday morning aimed to give residents a taste of a 3.7 mile Interstate 15 reconstruction between Sahara and the Spaghetti Bowl. By about 9 a.m. Saturday, only a handful of individuals, mostly nearby locals and those with NDOT connections, made it to the event.
