Metallica, Taylor Swift and No Doubt are among the first acts booked for the mammoth new Rock in Rio music festival, which makes its American debut here on consecutive weekends, May 8-9 and 15-16, at a sprawling 40-acre site at Sahara Avenue and the Strip.
