Cannery’s new head climbed from knight to general manager

After 14 years at the company, Ryan Paulos has been appointed vice president and general manager at the Cannery. He started out as a knight at the Excalibur and went on to be a gladiator at Caesars in Atlantic City. With Boyd Gaming purchasing the Cannery and North Las Vegas’ presence as a technology hub, he is looking forward to attracting a new type of customer.
