Allegiant Air to donate office space to Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada

Las Vegas-based Allegiant Air will donate office space on the company’s campus to Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada next year.

The company and the organization will announce Friday on World Wish Day that Allegiant will make 7,500 square feet of office space available to Make-A-Wish for $1 a year beginning Jan. 1.

Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman, Councilman Bob Beers, Make-A-Wish executives, board members and volunteers and Allegiant executives are expected to attend an event announcing the donation Friday morning at Allegiant’s Summerlin headquarters.

“We are humbled and ecstatic with this generous gesture from Allegiant,” said Caroline Ciocca, president and CEO of Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada. “It’s collaboration at its best. We are grateful and very excited to take our partnership to a new level.”

Nonprofit Make-A-Wish helps give hope and joy to children suffering life-threatening diseases by arranging to grant their wishes.
