Aria makes list of top party hotels
Finally, CityCenter’s centerpiece Aria resort made a Top 10 List that officials from MGM Resorts International won’t mind the inclusion.
The 4,004-room Aria grabbed the top spot in ShermansTravel.com’s Top 10 list of the best world’s top “party hotels.”
The website rated hotels as the best for “letting loose and getting a little wild on vacation.”
Aria, which anchors the $8.5 billion CityCenter development, came in at No. 1, ahead of the Buddha Bar Hotel in Prague in the Czech Republic and the Distrito Capital in Mexico City.
“Few cities demand as much unadulterated partying as Las Vegas,” ShermansTravel wrote in its report, adding that Aria “has quickly become one of the Strip’s hottest party hosts.”
ShermansTravel cited Aria’s Haze nightclub, 17 restaurants run by celebrity chefs, and the property’s much-hyped in-room technology as some of the highlights.
“Three of the party hotel’s eight bars and lounges mix cocktails 24/7, so it’s all too easy to keep the party rolling until the wee hours without even stepping foot outside the resort,” the report stated.
