Former gaming regulator DuCharme named to chair BMM compliance committee

Gaming equipment testing laboratory BMM Compliance named former Gaming Control Board Chairman Steve DuCharme as chairman of the company’s compliance committee.

DuCharme spent more than 30 years as a gaming regulator and in law enforcement. DuCharme spent 10 years as a member of the Gaming Control Board and two years as its chairman. He also served one term as the Chairman of the International Association of Gaming Regulators prior to his retirement in 2001.

DuCharme spent 20 years in various positions with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

"As BMM continues to grow globally, we are delighted to add someone of Steve's caliber and vast experience to oversee our corporate Compliance Committee,” BMM CEO Martin Storm said in a statement.
