Las Vegas company acquires firm to become R&R Denver
Las Vegas advertising-public relations giant R&R Partners has acquired a Denver-based communications and consulting firm that will become the company's seventh office.
R&R said Thursday it bought Phase Line Strategies of Denver. No purchase price was disclosed. The firm will be renamed R&R Denver and Sean Tonner, founder and president of Phase Line Strategies, will serve as managing director.
The Denver office joins R&R offices in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Reno and Washington, D.C. The company opened its Los Angeles office 18 months ago.
