MCA Processing certified by regulators in Arizona

MCA Processing LLC said Tuesday that it has received final state certification from the Arizona Department of Gaming.

The Las Vegas-based company provides cash access products to the casino industry, including ticket redemption, bill break, and ATMs.

"We are very pleased to have received final certification from the Arizona Department of Gaming and we look forward to doing business with Arizona gaming establishments in the very near future," MCA Processing President and CEO David Balmer said in a statement.

The licensing of MCA Processing completes a 15-month investigation that previously resulted in a notice of temporary certification having been issued in February. The investigation was the result of the company's founders' previous ties to another cash services firm, Global Cash Access, also of Las Vegas.

MCA Processing already does business in Nevada, California, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
