Coffee Hunter to open in south valley next week

Coffee Hunter, a new coffee bar at 7425 S. Eastern Ave. Suite 102, will hold its soft opening March 9.
In an email, co-owner Hunter Hawkins said the shop will feature Stumptown Coffees, including Hairbender espresso and Nitro Cold Brew. The coffee bar will sell pasties from Cornish Pasty Co.
Dig Design Group’s Rob Gurdison, who designed the new Goodwich store in downtown Las Vegas, also designed Coffee Hunter. The new shop features an industrial blending of stainless steel and reclaimed woods.
