Dialysis center leases space
▶ Total Renal Care Inc. has committed $3.2 million to lease about 10,000 square feet for a dialysis center in Pointe North at North Tenaya Way and West Cheyenne Avenue.
Jarrad Katz and Galit Kimerling of MDL Group represented the tenant in the 180-month lease. Pelican-Zim LLC is the landlord.
Property sales of note
▶ Siegel Automotive Center LLC and 3144 Land Holdings LLC sold an 18,915-square-foot retail building at 3162, 3164 and 3144 Las Vegas Blvd. North for $1.5 million. Yuri Katz represented the buyer, KG Real Estate LLC. Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske and Roy Fritz of Sun Commercial Real Estate represented the sellers.
▶ Ceco Enterprises LLC sold 4.42 acres of land at Maryland Parkway and Cactus Avenue for $1.5 million. Brian Sorrentino of ROI Commercial Real Estate represented buyer CA Las Vegas ECA LLC. Sun Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
▶ Phase One Properties LLC sold a 6,500-square-foot medical office building at 2615 Box Canyon Drive, Las Vegas, for $1.21 million. The buyer, Box Canyon Holdings LLC, was represented by Douglas Crook of Douglas L. Crook &Associates. Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske and Roy Fritz of Sun Commercial Real Estate represented the sellers.
▶ Michael Boscia of MDL Group represented Ida Katherine Kelly 2007 Trust in its $455,000 sale of a 3,543-square-foot retail building at 550-558 Nevada Way in Boulder City. Bret Runion of Desert Sun Realty advised the buyer, investor Charles E. Lawson.
▶ Siam Vegas Corp. purchased a 5,940-square-foot industrial building at 4950 E. Cartier Ave. for $390,000. James Griffis of MDL Group represented the buyer. Danielle Steffen and Amy Ogden of Cushman &Wakefield Commerce RE Solutions represented the seller, Ying Family Trust.
▶ ABSN Holdings LLC purchased a multifamily property at 3812 Royal Crest Ave., Las Vegas, from Adnan Nashman for $330,000. Salina Ramirez of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services represented the buyer.
Significant leases
▶ Nella Chunky LLC, dba Fresh tops, leased 2,251 square feet of retail space at The Shops at Summerlin. The property is located at 1980 Festival Plaza Drive #J100B Las Vegas, NV 89135. James Griffis of MDL Group represented the tenant in the 60-month lease valued at $717,051. Howard Hughes Corp. is the landlord.
▶ SERRANOSNV LLC dba Serrano’s Mexican Grill, has leased about 2,574 square feet of retail space at 4425 E Sunset Road in Henderson. Neil Dela Cruz and Hillary Steinberg of MDL Group represented the landlord in finalizing the 144-month lease valued at $923,012.
▶ Transwestern Investment Holdings V LLC leased 5,429 square feet of office space at 8945 W. Russell Road, inside Pageantry West. Tenant Rally Point Solutions LLC, a full-service digital agency, signed a 60-month lease worth $617,500. Jerry Hagfeldt of MDL Group represented landlord. Michael Hawkes of First Federal Realty Desimone represented the tenant.
▶ AccuPOS LLC, a point-of-sale software company, leased 4,614 square feet of office space at 1291 W. Galleria Drive. The landlord in the 60-month, $302,119 deal was SF Galleria LLC. The team of Jerry Hagfeldt, Jarrad Katz and Galit Kimerling of MDL Group represented both landlord and tenant.
▶ Adventure Indoor Playground, an indoor play spot for kids, leased 5,200 square feet of retail space at 5693 S. Jones Blvd. for $266,000. Neil Dela Cruz and Hillary Steinberg of MDL Group represented landlord Trad D LLC in the 60-month lease.
