American West offers design choices at four neighborhoods

Homebuyers have more than 20 home design choices at the four American West Highlands Ranch neighborhoods. Located in the southwestern valley adjacent to the Southern Highlands master plan, the variety of designs at Lexington, Newcastle, Windsor and Kensington are created to fit the needs of homebuyers.

The two- and three-story homes at Lexington range from 1,216 to 2,186 square feet with up to four bedrooms and prices starting at $188,500.

With prices beginning at $89 per square foot, Newcastle at Highlands Ranch offers first-time and move-up homebuyers designs that range from 1,701 to 3,176 square feet with up to five bedrooms. Floor plans include study, game room, formal dining room, first-floor master suite and optional second master suite.

Windsor offers five two- and three-story floor plans ranging from 2,222 to 3,727 square feet with up to five bedrooms. Pricing starts at $269,500.

"We are thrilled to be unveiling our newest model home at Windsor," said Larry Canarelli, president of American West. "The Wyatt is a 2,996-square-foot three-story with up to five bedrooms and 31/2 baths. The spacious home includes a game room, family room, great room and balcony."

Kensington offers five designs, ranging from 3,435 to 4,770 square feet with up to six bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage starting at $379,500. Kensington's 4,770-square-foot three-story floor plan includes an elevator, The Wilson, is a one-of-a-kind value, according to Canarelli. The design begins at $98 per square foot.
