College will offer class for home buyers
The College of Southern Nevada will offer the second course of its Homeowner Series: "Buying a Home in a Buyers Market," from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at its Summerlin Campus, 333 Pavilion Center Drive.
The class will cover selecting a Realtor and lending specialist; the pros and cons of foreclosures; short sales; and for-sale-buy-owner transactions.
