College will offer class on foreclosures

The College of Southern Nevada will offer a seminar on facing foreclosure from 9 a.m. until noon May 10 at its Summerlin Campus, 333 Pavilion Center Drive.

In a statement, the college said the course will teach what foreclosure entails, how to stop it, how to spot and avoid foreclosure scams and steps the federal government and the Department of Housing and Urban Development are taking to help homeowners facing foreclosure.

Class fee is $59. Call 651-5790 for registration or information.
