College will offer foreclosure seminar
College of Southern Nevada will offer a class in understanding foreclosures from 9 a.m. to noon Sept. 12 at its Downtown Learning Center inside the Latin Chamber of Commerce, 300 N. 13th St.
This course is designed for real estate licensees, investors or homeowners interested in Nevada home foreclosures. Discussion will cover foreclosure process, types of foreclosures, homeowners rights, realtors responsibilities and stopping foreclosures, among other topics.

24-Hour Fitness, a San Ramon, Calif., health-club chain named Jim Rowley president in its Northwest division. He'll manage operations in Nevada, Northern California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington and Utah.
Citadel Broadcasting Corp., a Las Vegas radio station operator, named John Rossoto senior vice president in charge of all interactive platforms including those of ABC Radio Networks. He'll work to expand Citadel's digital initiatives, which include 300 Web sites and 200 streaming stations.
