College seminar will cover foreclosures
College of Southern Nevada will offer a class in advanced foreclosures for Realtors from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 18 at its Downtown Learning Center inside the Latin Chamber of Commerce, 300 N. 13th St.
The class, designed for real estate licensees, lenders, investors or homeowners, will cover evaluating properties and trustee sales, buying foreclosure trusts and deeds, preparing a worksheet, evaluating short sales and foreclosures, and buying foreclosures with a federal tax lien.
