Short sales will be topic of college class

College of Southern Nevada will offer a class on understanding short sales from 9 a.m. to noon Sept. 26-27 at its Downtown Learning Center inside the Latin Chamber of Commerce, 300 N. 13th St.

Course discussion will focus on how to determine whether a homeowner's financial situation warrants a short sale.
