Monorail bankruptcy hearing postponed
As a result of negotiations with its largest creditors, the Las Vegas Monorail will postpone the hearing on its bankruptcy reorganization plan from Friday to Nov. 14.
Court papers filed by attorneys for the monorail show that the talks are culminating on a substantial revision to the current plan. The monorail expects to file the amended plan soon, but then creditors will have to vote on it again.
