Nathan Adelson Hospice acquires Kindred Hospice in Southern Nevada

Nathan Adelson Hospice will acquire Kindred Hospice in Southern Nevada, Nathan Adelson officials announced in a statement Wednesday.

The acquisition will be completed by March 1.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Nathan Adelson Hospice, founded in 1978, has two inpatient units and a home care program.

Kindred Healthcare, which owns Kindred Hospice, is a national rehabilitation, home care and hospice company, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. It offers home care but does not operate in-patient hospice facilities in Las Vegas.
