Reforma named Salvador Avila, branch manager of Las Vegas-Clark County Library District’s Enterprise Library, the recipient of The Dr. Arnulfo D. Trejo Librarian of the Year award. The award recognizes early to midcareer library professionals who have promoted and advocated services to the Spanish-speaking and Latino communities.

Ivory Star Productions, a theatrical production company specializing in Las Vegas entertainment, national touring shows and events, hired Renee Guglielmetti to handle sales, marketing and public relations for the company’s clients.

City National Bank named Robert Newman relationship manager for its Tropicana branch in eastern Las Vegas. Newman, who joins City National from Bank of the West, has 12 years of banking industry experience.

Ultimate Gaming, operator of Ultimate Poker and Ultimate Casino, named Todd Kobrin chief marketing officer. He brings more than 18 years of online gaming and sports marketing experience to Ultimate Gaming.
